SinoGuide technical service staff can help engineers determine the appropriate materials for their application and heat transfer requirements.

SinoGuide brand thermal pads are ideal for height differences and unevenness in heat sinks and to bring the elements to be cooled. Given their high elastic and low hardness is achieved already by a low pressure is a very good fit to the surface. There are balanced all the large and small differences in elevation, even of microscopic grooves to visible imperfections.

As for the common thermal design for LED displays, we'd like to recommend to use DOUBLE-SIDE thermal tape between back panel modules and housings.

It's very thin and low thermal resistance to achieve better performance. Our current options for tapes is only 0.8w/m.k & 1.2w/m.k. 

As for your requirement for higher than 1.25w/m.k, we could offer something like thermal pad instead but the thickness is at minimum 0.5mm and will cost more than tapes.
