TCSF200 silicone-free thermal interface materials

SinoGuide now provides TCSF200 silicone-free thermal interface materials with a new light tack adhesive to provide high thermal conductivity where contamination threats prevent the use of silicone-based thermal pads, and allow their easy positioning between components and heat sinks.

SinoGuide TCSF200 thermal interface pad is a ceramic-filled polyurethane film with a thermal conductivity of 2.0 W/mK and Dielectric Breakdown Voltage ≥200 Vac/mil.The material has a high voltage breakdown property of 6.0 kV. It provides strong perforation protection with a tensile strength of 2.5 N/mm2 and a Shore 00 hardness of 60.

Typical applications for silicone-free TCSF200 thermal interface pads include medical devices, laser equipment, lighting systems, solar energy, disc drives and aerospace electronics.
